Hotel was miles out of the city, which was a faff. Virtually an hour to an hour and a half, subject to transport.
Richard Stumpf's organisation and planning skills were on show once again. Everything that he planned for our holiday was exactly as we would have chosen ourselves and everything was planned to the last minute. We had a marvellous holiday. Thank you.

BA wheelchair assistance is chaotic and uncoordinated. LHR probably worst airport in Europe. Wheelchair assistance in Madrid was a dream despite its enormous size.

DialAFlight excellent, poor service from Iberia. It doesn’t understand how to treat its business customers. Check-in, departure gates and onboard not attentive or customer focused. Wasn’t a great experience from start to finish, felt like flying economy. Perfect service from DialAFlight.
